Additionally, we cannot ship automatic knives outside the US or to any US territories, including APO/FPOs.

To use your CobraTec knife, push the switch forward to deploy the blade and pull it back to retract. Always wipe the blade clean before retracting to avoid malfunction. If the blade meets resistance, the spring tension will disengage for safety. Manually pull the blade forward to reset. Our warranty doesn't cover loss, damage from abuse, neglect, accidents, improper sharpening, disassembly, or normal wear and tear.

It is illegal to possess a knife in the state of California with a blade length 2" or longer. So any compliant knife will have a blade length less than 2".

You may return any unused non custom item (in its original packaging) with 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchased price. We will not accept any item returned merchandise after 30 days. Your return must be returned with your email confirmation or packing list from your original order.

Do not return an item for a warranty issue as those will be handled directly through the manufacturer of the item.
