Buyers Should be of 18 years of age or older to purchase and/or handle knives from Bee Free Outdoors. Some items listed on this website may be illegal in your area for possession by those under 21. It is your responsibility to check all local laws concerning the ownership, use and possession of any item on this website. By placing an order, you agree that you are of legal age, that you have read our terms & conditions, and that you take full responsibility for obeying all federal, state and local laws, restrictions, and regulations.
We can't ship automatic knives to the following locations: Chicago, IL, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Los Angeles, CA, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, San Francisco, CA. Additionally, we cannot ship automatic knives outside the US or to any US territories, including APO/FPOs.
To use your CobraTec knife, push the switch forward to deploy the blade and pull it back to retract. Always wipe the blade clean before retracting to avoid malfunction. If the blade meets resistance, the spring tension will disengage for safety. Manually pull the blade forward to reset. Our warranty doesn't cover loss, damage from abuse, neglect, accidents, improper sharpening, disassembly, or normal wear and tear.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we make returns simple.

Return Window: You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, in original packaging.

How to Start a Return:
Message us through the contact us section or call or text our support team at 317-683-0229 with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.​

Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we’ll cover the return shipping.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Include photos and your order details so we can replace or refund your product promptly.
