General
Our warranty for CobraTec knives doesn't cover loss, damage from abuse, neglect, accidents, improper sharpening, disassembly, or normal wear and tear. To use your CobraTec knife, push the switch forward to deploy the blade and pull it back to retract. Always wipe the blade clean before retracting to avoid malfunction. If the blade meets resistance, the spring tension will disengage for safety. Manually pull the blade forward to reset.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we make returns simple.
**Return Window:**
You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
**Return Conditions:**
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
**How to Start a Return:**
Message us through the contact us section or call/text our support team at 317-683-0229 with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.
**Return Shipping Costs:**
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we’ll cover the return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
**Refunds:**
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
**Defective or Damaged Items:**
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Include photos and your order details so we can replace or refund your product promptly.
