Instructions for smoked BBQ Meatloaf.

Mix ground beef, sausage, diced onion, eggs, Worcestershire, BBQ sauce, I used Meat Mitch Whomp Sauce, and dry rub in mixing bowl. In separate bowl add bread and combine with milk. Then combine your bread with all other ingredients and combine very well.

Line a meatloaf pan with plastic wrap with enough exposed that you can fully wrap your meat loaf. Form your meatloaf in pan and remove. Brush on Worcestershire as a binder and then sprinkle the top of meatloaf with more of your favorite rub.

Fully wrap meatloaf and place in freezer for 30 minutes or so to firm up.

I put the meat loaf on my wire rack and placed in my smoker.

What temperature for Smoked Meatloaf?

Add to smoker at 250 degrees until internal temp reaches 165 degrees.

Glazing with BBQ Sauce

Add BBQ sauce (use what you like) to the top in your last fifteen minutes on the smoker.

Resting and Serving the Smoked BBQ Meatloaf

Cover your meatloaf with foil on your pan and throw a couple kitchen towels over the top and let it rest for approximately 10 minutes. Then cut your meatloaf, serve, and enjoy!!!!
