Fast and Inexpensive to make.

This will probably be one of the fastest cooks you can make on your pellet grill. And definitely one way to combat inflation at the grocery store. Grocery prices have been soaring and you can prepare this meal for around $10.00. My local Kroger was selling the French bread loaves for $2.00 each, so I cut two loaves in half for a total of four pizzas. Add the toppings you like and get creative. This is a hot and fast cook and will make the French bread crunchy.

Prep time: 10 minutes.

Ingredients for French Bread Pizza:

2 loaves of French bread

Your favorite pizza sauce. I used Classico Pizza Sauce

16 ounces of shredded cheese. I used mozzarella.

Your favorite pizza toppings. I used old world pepperoni.

Instructions for French Bread Pizza on the Pellet Grill

Cut the French bread loaves in half long ways. Form bread to make a boat to hold your pizza sauce. I formed the loaves by removing a little of bread and lightly punching my fist in the center of the bread to form a boat.

Add your pizza sauce first and then add your cheese and toppings. Put your pizzas on a pizza pan.

Set your pellet grill temperature to 425 degrees. Place pizzas on your pellet grill for approximately 15-20 minutes rotating a couple time throughout the cook. Enjoy.
